Role Summary/Purpose
The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.

- Oversight and management of front-line hourly manufacturing employees

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. This role is classified as Exempt for FLSA purposes and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Pay Range: $110,00.00 to $137,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
- Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.
- Evaluate nonconforming components and determine repair feasibility; develop and validate repair schemes in coordination with Engineering and Quality functions

Position Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or relevant technical discipline, or HS Diploma/GED w/equivalent composite/aerospace manufacturing/repair experience. 5+ years of technical experience with composites and/or aerospace components production or repair.

Description
The Environmental Health & Safety Manager (EHS) is responsible to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, the physical security of all company locations, and to assist individuals to be in compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring company is in compliance with all agencies (DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory and related insurance requirements.
Pay Range: $120,000 to $135,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve on local safety committees; review and discus safety needs, provide updates, training, DOT, Hazmat, OSHA and related safety and compliance information.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive safety training program base on OSHA and industry specific requirements.
- Manage the workplace ergonomics program, active response and adjustments result in negating any mandatory program requirements.
- Review facility procedures and work instructions consistent with ISO formatting.
- Develop Safety Risk Assessment procedures
- Provide subject matter expertise in Process Safety ensuring industry best practice.
- Site inspections and corrective action(s):
- Train and direct management to inspect facilities, work sites and equipment for violations and hazards.
- Provide direction to management on correcting identified problems in a timely manner.
- Follow up to make sure all corrective actions were taken and completed.
- Assist where needed.
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and auditing location safety standards and procedures on a quarterly or annual basis as needed.

- Track and control inventory of safety supplies and equipment and work with division managers to keep adequate safety supplies on-hand.

- Review and update MSDS and SPCC plans as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the safety program using established goals and make recommendations, and implement corrective action(s) based on industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct an annual training for the site that promotes a safe, healthy, and secure work environment that includes emergency situations (like tornados, fires), use of the alarm system, and anything else necessary to promote a safe work environment.
- Serves as a safety/compliance liaison with outside organizations.
Required Skills:

Assisting branches by handling customer issues and ensuring daily transactions are processed appropriately at the branch levels and assisting the Bank Operation Officers within all aspects of the Department. Performs a variety of Operations Support and services functions; such as reviewing reports, preparing correspondence and participating in special projects designated to the department. Complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.
DUTIES
- Processes and performs the following functions: OASIS Review, Chargebacks, Foreign Item Collections, ATM Settlement, Cash Vault Balancing, Debit Card orders, FCRM Review.
- Business and Personal online banking password resets.
- Answer inquiries from branches regarding new accounts and other Bank policies and procedures.
- Balance daily branch transit checks.
- Process daily EIM-NSF/OD/Non-posted items.
- Charge daily returned item and e-mail to branches.
- Review daily non-posted GL.
- Review Mobile Deposits and e-mail to branches
- Research and adjustments.
- Process ACH/ATM/POS disputes
- Signature Card Scanning
- Issuing Interest Checks
- Process Bank Levies/Subpoenas
- Process incoming and outgoing wires
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or higher.
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years branch/teller experience; knowledge of banking regulations

- PC literate

- bilingual (English/Mandarin) a plus.

The Role
The Construction Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing new store construction and renovation projects in the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director, Store Development or the Senior Construction Project Manager, this position leads a project team to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company standards, landlord requirements, and local regulations. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion goals.
The role will be stationed in Brea, CA, traveling is required.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide clear direction and daily scheduling to project team members to ensure effective performance.
- Deliver timely follow-up, feedback and performance evaluations to project team members.
- Establish and implement an efficient Construction Management System to monitor and manage all active projects.
- Develop and review comprehensive project plans and specifications, including scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Research and recommend materials, equipment, and tools that meet operational needs and standards.
- Supervise multiple project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support organizational needs and initiatives.
- Work with designers, engineers, general contractors, landlords, and local authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Execute and, when necessary, adapt strategies to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Travel frequently across the U.S. to oversee new store developments and renovation projects.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements, prepare and monitor budgets, and ensure proper financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all necessary building permits are obtained and properly closed upon project completion.
- Organize, collect, and provide all contracts, agreements, and invoices to Finance & Accounting and other internal departments as required.
- Develop long-term construction strategies to support the company’s rapid expansion in the U.S.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
You Should Have/Be:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably with retail brands or supermarket chains.
- Proven experience in design, architecture, construction, maintenance, and renovations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and strong technical and mechanical understanding.
- Demonstrated supervisory, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English; knowledge in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm
