The HRIS Analyst provides day-to-day operational and project support for the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and partners closely with HR subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, system optimization, reporting accuracy, and process improvement. Responsibilities

• Advanced in MS Office, design tools such as Simulink/MATLAB, P-Spice, Altium (Schematics Capturing & PCBA Layout), Agilent ADS (or AWR), and Ansys HFSS.
• Familiar with FPGA design methodologies.
• Proficient with DO-254 design.

Min $127,500.00 - $ 236,500.00 Max. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $110,500.00 Min - $205,500.00 Max.
