Position Overview:
At Global Crossing Airlines, the Powerplant Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet. As a critical member of the Technical Operations team, you will provide expert technical support for engines and airframes, assist with AOG recovery, and offer guidance on complex engineering challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S citizenship or Permanent Green Card Holder is required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience/training
- 7 years of leadership experience; overseeing large workgroups with cross-functional teams, as well as managing and coaching teams
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain the highest regard for safety
- Ability to travel
- Experience managing reliability of products (engines, components, airframes)
- Excellent project planning and organizational skills, with ability to effectively and simultaneously manage multiple large projects within tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Experience dealings with effectively with regulations

- Airbus A320 experience preferred.
- Engineering related experience on CFM56-5B and V2500.

Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the technical operations team and assist with AOG, technical advice and supporting engine and airframe repairs.

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Carpenter to join our shop team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational carpentry experience who is eager to grow their skills in custom fabrication and installation while working alongside experienced craftsmen in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
What You'll Do- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom architectural millwork including cabinets, furniture, panels, trim, flooring, and ceiling features.
- Read and follow work orders, prints, sketches, and specifications with guidance from senior carpenters or supervisors.
- Support installation work on residential and commercial job sites by preparing materials, tools, and work areas.
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks such as cutting, sanding, lamination support, stain-grade prep, cabinetry support, framing assistance (wood and steel), and demolition as needed.
- Safely operate hand tools and shop equipment appropriate to skill level and training.
- Set up and break down work areas, including scaffolding and temporary protections, as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop and on job sites.
- Clean, store, and maintain tools and equipment properly.

Two newly equipped operating rooms. Office based facility with two operating rooms.
100% percent aesthetics and cosmetic plastic surgery.
Fee will be based per case/with an average of 20 through 25 cases a week.
