Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 upon conversion


We are partnering with a highly reputable organization in the legal industry seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant with a strong background in real estate transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting high-performing legal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys within a real estate/transactional practice
  • Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
  • Handle document management, filing, and organization within systems such as iManage or similar platforms
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate execution of documents via DocuSign and manage closing documentation
  • Conduct research related to property records, including county assessor and parcel data
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, specifically within real estate or transactional law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools such as DocuSign, Adobe, and document management systems (iManage preferred)
  • Familiarity with billing software (e.g., 3E) and legal workflow tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain) preferred
