The Linda and Jeffrey Moslow Professorship in Women's Health and Menopause
at the Tufts University School of Medicine.
The Clinical Director of Women’s Health and Longevity is a prestigious leadership role created to accelerate a major new institutional priority. Catalyzed by a generous gift from Linda, A16P, A18P, and Jeffrey Moslow, A86, A16P, A18P, Tufts Medicine in collaboration with Tufts University is launching a pioneering Women’s Health and Menopause Initiative aimed at transforming menopause care and advancing women’s health across the lifespan and educating the next generation of clinicians who will care for women during their life course.
This leader will guide a system-wide effort to elevate women’s health by advancing equitable, whole-person care; strengthening clinical innovation; and building educational and research programs that influence national standards.
The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with the Tufts University School of Medicine and Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy to create a holistic model of care that integrates medicine, nutrition, and science. By aligning education, research, advocacy and clinical practice within one connected academic and health system, Tufts is establishing a national model for how universities and health systems can redefine menopause and midlife care as a catalyst for prevention, innovation, and longevity—ensuring that every woman receives care grounded in evidence, compassion, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
As part of this initiative, the Women’s Health and Menopause Program will be based at Tufts Medical Center, Tuft University’s principal medical partner. Tufts Medicine Tufts Medical Center is located on the Boston Chinatown Health Science Campus. This holistic clinical program will be co-designed by leaders of this initiative and increase access to patients in Boston and beyond.
As the clinical, intellectual and strategic leader of this initiative, the endowed professor will drive research excellence, shape educational pathways, and elevate Tufts Medicine’s role as a national voice in women’s health and longevity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Provide overarching vision and direction for the Women’s Health & Longevity Program across Tufts Medicine.
Develop and execute a cohesive strategic plan aligned with institutional priorities in clinical care, research, education, and community impact.
Build system-wide collaborations across Tufts Medicine hospitals, Tufts University schools, and external partners focused on advancing Women’s Health and Longevity care.
Clinical Excellence
Launch a Boston-based academic menopause program, built on a patient-centered care model that connects patients with specialists in nutrition, sexual health, cardiology, endocrinology, physical therapy, nutrition, and more.
Expand clinical access across Tufts Medicine’s network and through telehealth – serving women across Massachusetts, including the 70% of Tufts OBGYN patients covered by Medicaid.
Serve as a training ground for students and residents to learn evidence and team-based care in Perimenopause and Menopause.
Provide outstanding, evidence-based care in Women’s Health and Perimenopause and Menopause care.
Lead innovation in menopause care, midlife health, and women’s health across the lifespan.
Advance models of equitable, whole-person care that improve quality outcomes and reduce disparities.
Training & Education
Train the next generation of leaders in women’s health and menopause care through integrated medical curricula and advanced training programs across clinical disciplines, including Medical Students, PA students, Nutrition, etc.
Develop and lead new learning programs, specialized training pathways, and interdisciplinary educational initiatives.
Serve as a mentor to medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.
Research & Innovation
Fuel high-impact research in women’s health, longevity, metabolism, and nutrition—including the development of a national outcomes registry that informs best practices.
Maintain a nationally competitive, extramurally funded research portfolio.
Foster interdisciplinary collaborations leveraging Tufts strengths in nutrition, public health, aging biology, and translational science.

Required Qualifications
MD, DO, PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent terminal degree.
Qualifications for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Demonstrated excellence and national reputation in women’s health, menopause care, longevity science, or closely related domains.
A strong record of accomplishment in curriculum design and execution, health policy advocacy and research support.

The technician will troubleshoot mechanical and drivability issues, perform inspections, and assist other technicians when necessary.
This role requires strong mechanical skills, knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines , and familiarity with DOT inspection procedures for school buses (preferred).
Key Responsibilities Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs on fleet vehicles and school buses.
Inspect, test, adjust, and repair systems including: Steering systems Electrical systems Cooling systems Lubrication systems Brake systems Drivetrains Suspensions Power steering units Clutches Transmissions Engine components Temperature and fuel regulation systems Perform engine adjustments, testing, and rebuilds when required.
