Responsibilities: Manage all phases of matrimonial and family law cases, including motion practice, discovery, and court appearances Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail Handle hearings, mediations, and client meetings with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy development Qualifications: 4–10 years of Family Law experience, with strong court and motion practice skills 1,750 annual billable hour expectation Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently while meeting deadlines Active and in good standing New Jersey Bar admission Interested in hearing more?
