Operations Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on problem solver with strong expertise in electro-mechanical system design and automation systems, as well as experience working with machinery and production environments.

The HIMARS Specialist will serve as Castelion’s internal subject matter expert (SME) on HIMARS employment, operations, and tactical integration. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are intuitive, survivable, rapidly employable, and aligned with how warfighters actually operate.

We are currently looking for a Civil Project Engineer who is ready to engage in a large alternative delivery (CMGC) project in Los Angeles County. This project is a multi-year project that will widen the 105 freeway from the 405 to the 605. This widening will increase HOV capacity, reduce congestion along the corridor and introduce tolling to the 105. Phase one of the project is starting at $400 Million, and the remaining phases will push the project towards $1.1 Billion. This is a great opportunity to join the team as we are building the first phase and prior to the project breaking ground on the second phase and contribute to the success of this critical project to improve mobility ahead of the 2028 Olympics.

Minimum 2 to 6 years of recent civil litigation experience required for an in-office position. Insurance defense and medical malpractice experience preferred.
