The Access Control Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by operating electronic screening devices, monitoring employee and guest access points, and ensuring compliance with park safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Operate walk-through screening devices, x-ray equipment, handheld wands, and other equipment to screen guests and employees.
• Monitor fixed security posts including guest and team member entry/exit points and parking areas.

• Transport medical patients safely and efficiently when required.
• Write clear, detailed, and accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken.
• May assist with guest screening at entry points using metal detectors and other screening tools.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a St. Louis Metropolitan Security License and any other required certifications.
• Previous security-related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the park.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and guest-focused.
• Comfortable using radios, phones, and basic computer systems.
• Safety-conscious, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Full-time union position will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and refurbish amusement rides and their subsystems. The individual will ensure all rides and equipment comply with all operating standards and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of assigned rides and attractions
- Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various theme park rides and attractions
- Visually inspect machines and equipment
- Remove and or replace equipment parts using hand and or power tools
- perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions
- Keep a daily log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance
- Assist with other duties/departments as assigned
- Adhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required
- Support the company Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service to our Guests
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pneumatics troubleshooting and repairs working with schematic
- Mechanical repairs following ASTM ride standards
- Welding 6G certified
- Machining experience working from drawings using lathe and milling machine
- Must be able to trouble-shoot safety and emergency equipment, including respirators and safety harnesses
- Must have hand tools to perform required duties and tasks as assigned

- Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers
- Re-stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays full with the newest and coolest merchandise
- Communicate effectively with your lead or supervisor
