What You’ll Do
• Own client relationships — act as a true extension of our customers’ teams. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for key accounts, delivering proactive communication, anticipating needs, and ensuring every shipment reflects the standard our clients expect.
• Drive carrier sales and capacity development — prospect, onboard, negotiate, and cultivate carrier relationships to build a deep, reliable network with competitive rates and consistent service.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts — identify opportunities to position Alpha Zero’s full suite of services (brokerage, TMS, warehousing, parcel management) and turn one-time wins into long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity across multiple freight modes (FTL, LTL, air, ocean, intermodal), balancing cost with service quality.
• Manage end-to-end shipment execution — from booking through delivery confirmation, exception management, and follow-up.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight movements, including cross-border shipments to Mexico and Canada.
• Be the voice of Alpha Zero — every call, email, and update is a reflection of our brand. You set the tone for how clients and carriers experience working with us.
• Leverage TMS platforms to manage loads, track shipments in real time, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Handle carrier compliance — verifying insurance, authority, safety ratings, and regulatory requirements.
• Support invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and billing reconciliation tied to shipments.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation management. You know the industry.
• A relationship-driven seller — you know how to earn trust, build a carrier book, and keep clients coming back. You’re comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.
• Client-first mentality — you understand that retention and growth start with communication, follow-through, and genuinely caring about the customer’s business.
• Proven ability to negotiate competitive rates and manage carrier performance.
• Strong working knowledge of TMS platforms (TAI, Turvo, or similar).
• Solid understanding of freight modes, BOLs, PODs, shipping documentation.
• Sharp problem-solver who stays composed under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail on data entry, documentation, and invoicing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred — but experience and results speak louder.

Job Functions:
- Ensure completion of require training, work (including document review, batch release, QA on-the-floor, AQLs), and timely release of materials and batches.
- Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
- Responsible for the thorough and efficient review and disposition of completed batch record documentation ensuring adherence to Good Documentation Practices, cGMPs and applicable local procedures.
- Responsible for performing and / or overseeing performance of Quality Assurance tasks including performing AQL inspections, performing clearances for manufacturing areas and providing Quality input and guidance to manufacturing personnel.
- Responsible for with dispositioning finished product, raw materials/ components and intermediates through an all-inclusive documentation review and cross reference of electronic quality systems.
- Responsible with release of incoming raw materials and components per applicable local procedures.
- Support for labeling dispositioned raw materials and components with appropriate status indicator labels.
- Assist with quality investigations in order to determine root cause and applicable CAPAs.
- Associate Degree in life science or a related field with completion of 4 college-level life science courses required. Bachelor Degree in life science or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.

Position Responsibilities:
Overall subject matter expert and technical lead engineer for the Mission Computers and Stores Management hardware for requirements development, avionics subsystem and system design, integration, subsystem/system/flight test, system verification, production/fielding, and supplier oversight
Lead the hardware supplier design team in supporting all Tactical Fighters program needs
Develop interface control documents describing mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a 777X Structural & Payload Design Engineer to join the 777X Structural Design team in Berkeley, MO. The 777X program is transitioning to full rate production and is focused on improving the design of wing components to enhance producibility.
As a Structural & Payload Design Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design. You will create and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other design methods, providing product definition to engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle. This position will be 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs.
- Perform and integrate analytical and test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
- Manage supplier development, test, and production activities; coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program goals.
- Develop new design/analysis processes and tools to improve development effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements
- Correct defects in fabrication and assembly processes by implementing design changes.
- Identify and own implementation of cost and weight savings opportunities.
- Coordinate with other engineering groups throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, or relevant experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Commercial airplane design experience using CATIA and ENOVIA.
- Experience with composites and assembly.
- Lineside support experience.

The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design & Analysis Engineer to become part of Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Vehicle Management System (VMS) team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.
You will enable the VMS organization to continue to advance its technologies in support of our Phantom Works and Fixed-Wing programs. The team is responsible for developing integration test assets, real-time software test environments, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system performance in simulation lab environment. Simulation and modeling are utilized to assist in requirements development, software and hardware development, and equipment verification and validation.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead major design activities for hardware/software products
Mentor junior engineers in design practices and processes; oversee the quality of their work products
Develop architectures for test systems
Select components for hardware designs and support the procurement and fabrication of hardware designs
Integrate hardware systems and/or software together in a test setting
Operate complex test stations, electronic test equipment, and test software
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Interface with programs/customers in developing requirements, in establishing statements of work, and in providing status and performance
Develop estimates for new work by gathering data from other BT&E partners and from team actuals
Develop detailed schedules and drive team performance to meet schedules
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
9 years of experience with avionics testing and integration
3 years of experience with test station design or test system design
3 years of experience with the development of Flight Controls or Flight Controls Systems such as Flight Control Computers/Vehicle Management System Computers, Actuators, Air Data Probes, and Navigation Systems
Experience preparing test plans, writing test procedures, and performing tests to gather artifacts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
9 years of experience designing and integrating Flight Controls or Flight Controls Systems
3 years experience leading other engineers in major projects
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or real-time operating systems
Experience with software programming and creating scripts for automated testing
Experience with MIL-HDBK-516C
