POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions.

This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.

They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services.

The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.

Calls are mainly phone consultations, with rare instances requiring in-person attendance.

Work Details Support Staff: You'll work alongside 5 experienced Medical Oncologists (including 1 retiring on June 30), with a call rotation of 1:4 or 1:5 weeks.

The clinic is supported by 3 experienced NPs, nurse navigators, and Medical Assistants.

Patients per day: The average outpatient clinic volume is 15 patients per day, with a range of 8 to 22 patients.

Additionally, you'll handle 2-5 consults per day while on call, dealing with complicated cases.

Patient Population/Age: All adults aged 18 and above (pediatric program available separately) EMR: Cerner Practice Setting: Community Hospital, primarily outpatient clinic with occasional hospital check-ins for admitted patients.
