Opportunity Highlights

- Hospital-employed; balanced 60% obstetrics / 40% gynecology
- 4.5 days clinic + 0.5 day dedicated to gynecologic surgery each week
- Clinic volume ~20–25 patients/day; 30 minutes for new visits, 15 for follow-ups
- On-campus clinic with 3 exam rooms per provider, 2 procedure rooms, onsite ultrasound, and regional lab
- OR access for minimally invasive and robotic surgery (Da?Vinci); ~3 cases per half-day; 10 ORs with MD/CRNA anesthesia
- Level?III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (30 rooms) with Texas Tech neonatologists; 30-room Labor & Delivery unit
- ~2,200 hospital deliveries/year; collaborative environment with Texas Tech residents
- Practice call only (largely obstetrics), 1:3 rotation; residents take unassigned ED calls
- Compensation: $400,000 base + $30,000 annual quality incentive, signing bonus, relocation, and wRVU plan; historical earnings at the 90th percentile (>$800,000)
