Job Summary The Medical Science Liaison develops ongoing professional relationships with national and regional healthcare opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals to provide medical and scientific support for Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.

(DSI) initiatives in selected therapeutic areas.

The MSL develops skills and competencies to educate healthcare professionals, DSI internal stakeholders (e.g., Medical, Marketing, and Sales), and decision makers in healthcare systems regarding therapeutic areas and related products developed and commercialized by DSI.

This is a US Medical Affairs, Field based role.

This territory currently covers the following states: IL and IN.

Responsibilities Builds and maintains professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by developing the skills and with guidance, implementing the following: Presenting disease state and Daiichi Sankyo product specific data to HCPs Responding to unsolicited requests for medical information Identifying and appropriately facilitating engagement of qualified 1) investigators and study committee members for DSI clinical research programs, 2) investigator-initiated research study proposals, 3) speakers for DSI Brand Speaker programs, 4) advisors for DSI scientific, clinical and marketing advisory boards Gathering customer insights regarding DSI and competitor products to help inform medical and commercial decision-making Enhanced professional expertise through attendance of select scientific meetings and professional conferences for the purpose of continuing education and scientific exchange with key opinion leaders Develops positive working relationships with local and regional internal stakeholders to enhance DSI HCP relationships Develops the ability to apply the appropriate methods to implement the FMA department strategy within his/her geography in alignment with Medical and Brand strategies Completes administrative duties, including monthly expense reporting and field activity reporting Represents the Medical Science Liaison function by participating in DSI meetings, functions, events Additional duties and responsibilities are based on position level/title, and may include but are not limited to: Provides innovation in enhancing and developing professional relationships with national and regional healthcare opinion leaders and HCPs to provide medical and scientific support for DSI initiatives.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Description of Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage enterprise priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives are well-designed, clearly communicated, and executed with discipline and follow-through.
  • Support the design and management of cross-functional strategic initiatives, including developing project plans, tracking milestones and risks, and providing clear status updates to executive leadership.
  • Conduct research, market assessments, and competitive analyses to inform strategic planning, new program development, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, and briefing materials to support executive decision-making across the nonprofit and venture capital funds.

  • Advanced degrees in business, public policy, urban planning, economics, or related discipline welcomed, but demonstrated experience executing complex initiatives in real-world environments is more important.
  • Experience supporting public or private funding strategies, grant writing, or capital formation efforts preferred.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents—including fine‑tuning, instruction‑training, or pre‑training large language models (LLMs) using modern machine‑learning frameworks.

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite

survey/inspection assignments in the Chicago, IL area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Chicago.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to

insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

local territory and complete work assignments on time.


Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the

business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,

Inland Marine and Builders Risk.


Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer

you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.

About The Role


Buildots brings groundbreaking capabilities to managers on construction sites, far beyond everything they have seen before. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take part in the implementation of these capabilities on construction projects to ensure successful delivery for our customers. This position is about making sure the project and the users within it make the most out of the system, and building upon that success to generate business with the contractor’s future projects.


As a CSM within Buildots, you are responsible for the onboarding of all team members on projects within your portfolio, and then the successful product adoption across multiple users within the projects. We want to ensure the data Buildots offers becomes embedded into the day-to-day practices of our projects. Within the organization you will be the voice of the customer, working to provide relevant and critical information to our product managers, and you’ll provide user stories and wins to the account teams, helping to support the successful expansion within our key accounts. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with our technical team to ensure project data is correct. As projects evolve, so does their digital twin within Buildots, so alongside your dedicated Solution Manager, you’ll need to ensure we’re ahead of the game.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects
  • Lead the relationship with our project champions to ensure they are supported by Buildots, while also being the customer voice among internal delivery pods.
  • Efficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training of on-site users
  • Gain insights from data and the use of the system on projects and feedback to the product team to influence the product’s roadmap and features.
  • Work within the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients by using expert knowledge. Creating and updating playbooks within the team, ensuring an ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.


Requirements:


  • 2-3 years' experience as a construction professional, preferably site based (i.e., Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer)
  • Comfortable with change management, ability to learn from successes and failures to help find better strategies and solutions, and ability to effectively escalate issues to management when needed
  • Proven stakeholder management and networking skills, with examples of working with senior positions alongside junior team members within your customer base
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup working environment handling multiple priorities, while maintaining high attention to detail with best-in-class service delivery results.
  • You’re a proactive and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to production. You’re responsible for full ownership of your customers and finding creative solutions which land with your users and market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to clients, adapting to different cultural communication styles, and often in a group setting
  • Willingness to travel (30% to 50%)
