General Summary:

Summary Description
In addition to the staff nurse role, assumes shift responsibilities for the care delivery team. Assists in coordinating the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, as well as prioritizing, delegating and evaluating patient care. Physician shall honor all requests for urgent and/or emergent consultations and support services, telephone consultations, telemedicine consultations, as well as in person responses for urgent/emergent patient conditions.
Physician shall provide initial patient assessment within one hour.
-Scope: General Inpatient Pediatric Ophthalmology.
-Patients: Neonatal, Pediatrics and Adolescents.-Hospital: 227 beds, Short Term Acute Care, Level 1 Nursery-Requirement: -Board Certified:Ophthalmology (Required) -License(s):Michigan (Active)
Monday-Friday, 9 am
