About the Role
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Technical Consultant for a hands-on contract engagement with a leading organization in the medical device industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with functional understanding of HR systems.
You will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Workday across multiple HR modules, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and ensure operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert for Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Perform hands-on configuration, system enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connector, Studio, APIs, third-party systems)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver scalable solutions
- Lead testing efforts including test case creation, UAT support, and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution of defects and integration failures
- Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, SOX, and GDPR
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors on system upgrades and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong experience across Workday HCM and related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Proven experience with Workday integrations and configuration
- Solid background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with testing, validation, and production support
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device, pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of compliance standards (FDA, SOX, GDPR)
- Experience with Workday implementations or system optimization initiatives
- Workday certifications (Pro or similar) preferred
- PMP / Agile / HR certifications are a plus
- Exposure to ADP or similar payroll systems is an advantage

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Clinical Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that intake and referral processes are completed efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of patients, families, referral sources, and the organization. You will play a vital part in building strong professional relationships, coordinating admissions, and supporting community awareness of hospice services.
Essential Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to referrals from hospitals, home health, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals
- Assess patient eligibility for hospice services by reviewing medical records, conducting clinical evaluations, and communicating with physicians and families
- Educate patients and families on what hospice care includes, how it works, and why it matters—providing clarity, reassurance, and compassion
- Complete necessary documentation and coordinate the intake and admission process, ensuring all legal, clinical, and payer requirements are met
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources and our hospice care team—ensuring seamless handoffs, clear communication, and rapid response to needs
- Make daily visits to hospitals and facilities, maintaining visibility and accessibility with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and identify new outreach opportunities to increase awareness of hospice services
Education
Licensed Nurse with three to five years of hospice experience required.
BSN with five or more years of hospice experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum of three years of hospice experience required.
Prior experience as a discharge planner, case manager, or educator preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more)
An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Load and unload the vehicle for multi-stop deliveries.
- Transport deliveries by driving assigned vehicles.
- Use hand truck to move product from the delivery vehicle into the customer location including going up and down stairs with product as necessary.
- Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation.
- Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.
- Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.).
- Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
- Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
- Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
- Collect payments if necessary.
- Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Related Experience/Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required. No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver's license suspensions in the past three years. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
No commercial or professional driving experience required. One year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
Hand cart delivery experience preferred.
Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Must pass pre-employment testing (including items such a Background Check)
Have knowledge of area and/or map reading abilities.
Use safe lifting and loading techniques
Great interpersonal/customer service skills.
Availability to work on weekends, Holidays and overtime in order to service customers

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $20.61 and $25.50.
This role will also receive overtime compensation.
