Position Purpose:

The Operations Coordinator plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for the One NSC process. Candidate Prep:

Running company standard background checks in addition to client or job specific background check and drug screen requirements prior to candidate starting assignment.

Invoicing Assistance:

Review correction requests and communicate any changes needed to business development manager, Lead OC, candidate, recruiter, and client prior to correction being made.

Office duties:

Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting candidate issues, office supply inventory, greeting walk-ins, meeting supply organization and preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own structural steel projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and erection
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, erectors, and internal teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Review contract documents, drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans
• Identify, price, and manage change orders to protect margins

• Possesses the ability to perform geometrical and mathematical calculations. In depth knowledge of advanced survey equipment; responsible for the selection, care and maintenance of all survey equipment.
