Position Overview

Greenspring Media is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to support our B2C sales teams and help drive revenue across our publications, digital portfolio, and events. This role plays a vital part in keeping sales operations running smoothly, providing administrative, analytical, and marketing support that enables our representatives to focus on building client relationships and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned sales teams, including mailings, eblast creation and dissemination, filing, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Generate and distribute account aging reports; proactively follow up on accounts 45-55 days outstanding and escalate as needed.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable to support billing and payment processes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales initiatives and company goals.

Qualifications

Role Description
