Position Overview

We are seeking both junior and experienced Protective Intelligence Specialists to join our dynamic corporate team. This role combines advanced threat assessment, intelligence analysis, and protective intelligence functions that support in safeguarding our clients' interests across multiple jurisdictions and threat environments. This is an in office position in Milford, Michigan. No relocation assistance provided

Key Responsibilities

The Protective Intelligence Specialist will serve as a crucial bridge between intelligence gathering and physical security operations, focusing on:

• Conducting comprehensive threat assessments using advanced analytical methodologies to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential risks to client safety and operations
• Developing and maintaining intelligence collection plans that leverage both open-source and proprietary intelligence sources
• Creating detailed threat actor profiles and pattern-of-life analyses to support protective operations
• Producing actionable intelligence reports and briefings for executive protection teams and client stakeholders
• Managing and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify emerging threats and trends
• Coordinating with regional security teams to ensure seamless intelligence sharing and threat response
• Developing and maintaining intelligence requirements and collection matrices for different operational environments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in protective intelligence, threat assessment, or related intelligence analysis role
• Demonstrated expertise in open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis
• Strong background in threat assessment methodologies and risk analysis frameworks
• Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and databases
• Experience with social media monitoring and analysis for threat identification
• Strong analytical writing skills with experience producing executive-level intelligence products
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
• Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public record.

Job Description

• This person will be intaking crates with Aerosol cans in them, sorting and labeling them
• This is a dirty job and it is mostly outside

The Sorter/Operator handles, packages, and disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in full compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. The operator collaborates with other TSDF (Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility) operators in various site locations, including outdoor settings. Most of the waste materials for this role will be used and unused aerosol cans. Proper separation of processable and non-processable cans will be priority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Handles, classifies, segregates, labels, and packages hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with federal and State regulations.

• Segregates chemicals by compatibility and DOT Hazard class.
• Performs consolidation of hazardous materials/waste (i/e/, bulking, repackaging) in a safe and compliant manner.
• Fosters knowledge of final disposition facility protocols.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area/station
• Sweep, shovel, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Safety First Mindset

Job Purpose

Responsible for purchase order entry, change orders, expediting, invoice and receipt discrepancy resolution, material planning and addressing supplier quality issues within the Purchasing and Materials Management department. Purpose

As we continue to grow and invest in our people, ACME is seeking a Senior CNC Lathe Machinist, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment in a production environment.

This role serves as a technical lead within the machining team, supporting part development, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring production quality and efficiency. The position requires strong hands-on machining expertise, CNC programming knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimizeCNC programs for lathe operations to support new and existing production parts
• Lead setup, prove-out, and first article runs for new and repeat jobs
• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and broaches in a production environment
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to ensure parts are manufactured to required tolerances
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Diagnose and resolve machining, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes to improve efficiency, cycle time, and product quality
• Support new part development by determining machining strategies, tooling requirements, and process improvements
• Perform finishing operations such as deburring, keying, balancing, and preparing parts for final packaging

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. This role calls for a proven supply chain leader with deep food industry experience, strong strategic and analytical skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams while optimizing complex supply networks across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and demand planning. The role reports directly to the President.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Instill a relationship-based, performance-driven leadership mindset across the Supply Chain organization, emphasizing critical thinking, accountability, and strong business acumen.

• Foster a center-of-excellence culture within supply chain operations by leading, coaching, and developing high-performing, action-oriented teams focused on continuous improvement.

• Inspire, develop, and empower Supply Chain, procurement, logistics and scheduling teams to achieve operational excellence and business success, supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives (2X top line by 2030).

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals, customer requirements, and regulatory standards, encompassing sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

• Leverage data analytics, forecasting tools, and market intelligence to optimize supply chain performance, manage risk, improve service levels, control costs, and enhance scalability.

• Build strong partnerships with suppliers, co-manufacturers, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders through regular business reviews, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain to drive reliability, efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Quality, Operations, and R&D to ensure alignment between demand planning, production capacity, inventory strategies, and customer fulfillment requirements.

• Provide accurate supply chain forecasts, capacity plans, and risk assessments to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and growth planning.

• Lead contract negotiations and supplier management processes, ensuring continuity of supply, quality compliance, and competitive cost structures.

• Partner with Sales to ensure supply chain readiness for new product development, commercialization, and scale-up, enabling innovative solutions that meet customer and market needs.

• Develop and implement processes, technologies, and systems (ERP, planning tools, automation, reporting) to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and professionalism.

• Evolve the Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and scheduling organizational structures to support future growth strategies, including talent development and succession planning.

• Design and implement leadership development and training programs for the Supply Chain organization in collaboration with corporate training resources.

• Advance integrated supply chain and sales strategies within the Cold Quest business unit, to support speed-to-market and operational agility.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Operations) is preferred. Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM (CSCP, CPIM), Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus. Industry board or association involvement is encouraged.

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex, multi-functional teams.

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing supply chain organizations.

• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, analytical, and critical thinking skills to optimize cost, service, quality, and scalability.

• Demonstrated success in developing, executing and optimizing supply chain strategies, budgets, and capital plans in a competitive, regulated environment.

• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, cold chain, and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with large-scale retailers, distributors, and co-manufacturers in the food sector.

• Proven track record supporting new product introductions, commercialization, and go-to-market readiness from a supply chain perspective.

• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly results-driven, resilient, and adaptable, with a passion for operational excellence in the food industry.

• Ability to navigate complexity and change in a fast-paced growth environment.

• This position will be based in Holland, MI, and is expected to be an onsite position, with the ability to travel as needed to suppliers, manufacturing sites, and industry events.
