Summary/Objective: Our General Warehouse employees play a valuable role in performing an array of functions in support of day-to-day operations that include receiving, inventory, picking, filling, packaging, shipping, organizing the warehouse inventory and other duties to support the company's productivity.
Essential Functions:
- Sorting, picking, stocking, staging, orders for transportation of goods.
- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, stack, or pile materials, such as lumber, boards, pallets, or trucks.
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Verify physical count of stock.
- Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
- Order pull and verification of correct quantities for order.
- Operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
- Safely Unload Truck utilizing pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Accurately process deliveries from 3rd party vendors.
- Compare the packing list to company purchase orders and ensure the products in each delivery match the packing list.
- Ensure no damage to items sent or delivered. If damaged items are delivered, notify the vendor via email.
- Update the product inventory as products are received.
- Accurately count, bag and tag inventory.
- Assist order pull in finding any back orders that come in daily.
- Scan all PO receipts daily and send them to AR Department.
- Complete closing checklist before leaving daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
- Sitting, standing and walking intermittently throughout the day; may stand for long periods.
- May occasionally use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer.

Expected Hours of Work: This role is considered full-time working approximately 40 hours per week and is eligible for overtime. This position is expected to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00am and 5:30pm. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required to fulfill inventory obligations. Travel within the geographic region will be required.

Work EnvironmentThe Customer Service Representative works on-site at an apartment community and interfaces with external/internal customers, residents, and vendors on a regular basis. The position work schedule varies depending on the property. Hours and scheduled varies based on the needs of the community. The position is required to work weekend days (Sat/Sun). However, the Customer Service Representative should be flexible with availability depending on the needs of the property.
Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and use a telephone and personal computer. May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to occasionally drive during the course of work.

Job Summary:
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
- Handle front desk related tasks:
- Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
- Taking info calls and tours
- Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
- Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Minimum Qualifications:

Physical Demands:
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
