About the Role:
As a Pediatric Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll work one-on-one with children, from birth to age 18, in their home environment, helping them build speech, language, and communication skills that will empower them for life. SLP’s assess and treat children with speech and language delays – conduct assessments of patients' speech, language, functional communication, cognitive and social skills – and assess and treat feeding and swallowing abilities. What You’ll Do:
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Use engaging, play-based therapy tailored to each child’s needs
Work closely with families and caregivers to support progress at home
Provide compassionate, one-on-one support in a familiar environment
Administer age-appropriate speech, cognition, and developmental communication tests
Collaborate with a team of passionate healthcare professionals with clear and timely communication – including other therapists, assistants, service coordinators, translators, and office administrators
Refer clients to resources as necessary, including learning about resources and assisting clients to be successful accessing appropriate resources
Maintain HIPAA compliance with all communication
Attend mandatory staff meetings and other optional social gatherings to stay up to date on all policies and procedures

The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and prebid packages for construction projects to be delivered in a Construction Management format as well as design-bid-build format (i.e hard bid).

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP seeks associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join its Boulder, Colorado office. Colorado admission is required for diverse practice including securities litigation and regulation, commercial litigation, directors and officers defense, and professional liability defense work. Exceptional writing and analytical skills are a must. Securities experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in Colorado
- 1-5 years of litigation experience
- Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions a plus
- Mediation and trial preparation experience a plus
- Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of multiple cases
- Timely preparation of pleadings, motions and discovery to opposing parties
- Participate in mediations, hearings and depositions as required
- Client interaction and problem resolution as it relates to cases
- Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases
- Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases
- On-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines
- Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy

Salary Range:
$82,500 - $122,500 USD (not including bonus)
