Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain plant equipment including mixers, production belts, slicers, pallet jacks, pneumatic pumps, dishwashers, and ovens
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, pricing, and service needs
- Assist with AIB/FSSC22000 audits and support development of procedures and corrective actions
- Follow HACCP plans and adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime

This role focuses on processing EMS-related medical claims, assisting patients with billing questions, and ensuring accurate reimbursement from insurance providers. The ideal candidate has direct experience with ambulance billing processes and is comfortable navigating EOBs and insurance guidelines.
This role is primarily onsite during the initial training period (approximately 90 days). Highly experienced candidates with strong ambulance billing and RescueNet expertise may be considered for a fully remote arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit ambulance transport claims to insurance carriers
- Review and interpret EOBs to ensure proper claim resolution
- Communicate with patients regarding billing details, insurance coverage, and account balances
- Work with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies or denials
- Maintain accurate records within billing systems and internal databases
- Manage daily call activity, including both incoming and outgoing patient or payer communication

A Day in the Life of the Boat Mechanic
In this role, you’ll serve as a lead mechanic and technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining marine engines while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy marine service department. You’ll work on a large fleet of boats, collaborate with specialized technicians, and help mentor junior mechanics. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining service quality and supporting the continued growth of the department.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair Yamaha and/or Mercury marine engines
- Perform advanced mechanical repairs and complex diagnostics beyond routine maintenance
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot engine issues
- Perform engine diagnostics, manifold repairs, rigging, installation, seasonal service, and winterization
- Manage and prioritize service work for more than 120 boats serviced annually
- Order parts and materials required for repairs
- Prepare service estimates, invoices, and job documentation

- Assist in training new technicians and apprentices entering the marine field

Job Purpose
As the Supervisor, CNC Manufacturing at Vulcan Forms in Newburyport MA, you are responsible for overseeing the assigned area's daily operations, productivity, and staff. Reporting to Associate Manager, Machine Shop, the successful candidate will help develop the workforce requirements, process task times, and evaluate the performance of the manufacturing production staff.
This is a weekday position with the hours of 7am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff of the assigned area.
- Lead, coach, and support the team's growth to reach maximum throughput.
- Conduct daily standup meetings, discussing goals, needs, and solutions.
- Prepare daily reports against planned manufacturing targets.
- Ensure all leads have the necessary materials, tools and documents are adequate for an upcoming shift.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions.
- Enforcement of OSHA standards and corrective action.
- Perform 7S and Lean projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a component (CNC) manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading a team within a CNC manufacturing environment for machining, deburring and assembly.
- Experience in manufacturing for the Aerospace industry
- Self-motivated, hands-on, with a practical mindset, and capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Software, ERP Systems (EPICOR), Outlook, and others as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems Engineering or equivalent, or work equivalent.
- Excited about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment (3D Printing Manufacturing a plus)
- Self-motivated, hands-on, practical mindset.
