Job Summary
Responsible for managing the activities of creating, innovating, designing, testing, and overall engineering support of custom design and existing products. Scope of this role spans multiple product categories and engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software, motorization, and test engineering. Leading the strategic development of processes and tools to drive efficiency, manage work activities and schedules, quantify and manage risk, and coordinate product support and implement process improvement is a critical function for this position. - Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to support existing products, ECOs, and ECNs.
