  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications with clients and government agencies
  • Assist with preparation of engagement letters, client communications, and case status updates
  • Process billing, time entry, and expense reports in accordance with firm procedures


Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal specifically supporting tax controversy, tax litigation, or IRS/state tax dispute matters
  • Demonstrated experience working with tax-related legal documents, audits, appeals, or litigation
  • Familiarity with court filings and legal procedures (federal and/or state courts preferred)
  • Strong understanding of legal calendaring and deadline management
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
