Exciting opportunity to provide new models of care for walk-in/urgent care access including days, evenings and weekends. The new CHA CBHC Cambrridge and Malden program provides behavioral health evaluation, resource referral, and initial treatment services for individuals of all ages. 

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for providing patient care in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. The RN demonstrates initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and directly reports to a designated nurse manager and/or clinical manager / off shift manager.

Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred
  • Current or Conditional MA RN Licensure 
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) for Healthcare Providers BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required 
  • Interest or experience in mental health, acute services, and/or substance use disorders preferred
  • Portuguese, Spanish, or Haitian Creole-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Today, we have recruited highly-regarded surgeons and are able to provide state-of-the-art care in our operating rooms. The department has grown significantly adding skilled surgeons who bring specialized care to our communities. Our most recent initiatives includes a minimally invasive surgery program, hepatobiliary and pancreatic program, and multidisciplinary breast center. All of our Surgeons handle routine cases as well as more complex procedures. Whenever possible, we use minimally invasive techniques to reduce the discomfort and recovery time of surgery. Many procedures can now be done on an outpatient basis with patients going home the same day. These procedures including Endoscopy are performed at Cambridge and Everett hospital and outpatient Endoscopy is performed at our Somerville Campus. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

The main purpose of the Operating Room Nurse is to provide quality patient care according to Cambridge Health Alliance and the Association of peri-operative Registered Nurses standards of nursing practice. The role of the operating room nurse is to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care in a professional manner. The Operating Room nurse will demonstrate the ability to provide care in the perioperative setting to include both the functions of the scrub and circulator. The Operating Room nurse knows and understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of nursing service. Clinical nursing leadership at Cambridge Health Alliance is manifested by personal commitment, accountability, and initiative in clinical practice. Patients are our priority. It is the clinical nurse who assists patients to reach their health care goals. RN graduate of an accredited nursing school. 

Qualifications/Experience: 

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing Current 

Massachusetts RN License in good standing. 

American Heart Association BLS certification required. 

Successful completion of Periop 101 during CHA orientation CNOR preferred. 

Minimum 2 years current Operating Room (OR) nursing experience; circulating and scrub roles required. 

On call obligations required for nights, weekends and holidays


Newly hired experienced RNs interested in committing to a minimum of two years of employment at Cambridge Health Alliance, may be eligible to receive a retention bonus of $10,000. Part-time employees may be eligible for a prorated retention bonus.

Qualifications::

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

 Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant psychiatric experience

 Licensure/Certification:

  • Massachusetts RN license.

Job Details

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage the month-end close process, and help build scalable financial systems to support the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who started their career in public accounting and has since gained hands-on experience in an industry setting—particularly in manufacturing or technology.

You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, while working closely with leadership across finance, operations, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Manage AP/AR, payroll accounting, and fixed asset tracking.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with the FP&A team.
Ensure proper inventory valuation and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Implement and refine internal controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support decision-making.
Contribute to ERP implementation and optimization projects as the company scales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred).
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or technology company a plus.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.
