POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced or entry level Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to identify, attract, and evaluate first-rate talent. They will be responsible for preparing candidates and helping them through the interview process to ensure lasting and successful placements. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with JAS' Sales Managers to get a clear view on their client's strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.

- Conduct confidential interviews, and follow-up references as needed.
- Sell qualified candidates on the opportunity you have identified them for.
- Present qualified candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to Sales Managers.
- Stay abreast to candidate's situation and notify Sales Manager.
- Offer guidance to candidates and help prepare them through the interview process.
- Help facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.

Duties Include:

Position Description:
The position of Estimator should be capable of preparing proposals for all types of projects (i.e. commercial, industrial, mission critical, education, healthcare, underground, etc.). An individual in this position shall have experience in understanding the means and methods required for completion of various types of construction. A successful estimator shall be able to complete all required take-offs, requests for proposal package reviews, and site reviews required to prepare any proposal. This position will attend project related meetings and site visits when required, complete site visits and scope discussions with assigned Superintendent, Project manager or his designee, and clearly communicate the project requirements and basis for their estimate during bid reviews.
Required Skills:

Responsibilities:About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member’s place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

- Consistency – Although we conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ENLISTMENT IN THE U.S. ARMY OR ARMY RESERVE***
As an Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing the Army with crucial and reliable information about enemy forces and potential areas of conflict. You’ll analyze, assess, process, and distribute tactical intelligence, as well as create, document, organize, and cross-reference intelligence records and files.
Skills you’ll learn align with Intelligence Collection, Intelligence Analysis and Record Keeping. In addition, you could earn 24 nationally recognized certifications!
JOB DUTIES
- Collecting and analyzing intelligence data from various sources, including classified information
- Create reports and briefings that provide valuable insights to commanders and decision-makers
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- 13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
- U.S. Citizen
- 17 to 34 Years Old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet Tattoo Guidelines
- No Major Law Violations
- No Medical Concerns
