Role Description
This full-time on-site role for an Account Manager is based in Missoula, MT. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing product or service information, facilitating issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. The Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Glacier Distilling is seeking a candidate to fill a role of Outside Sales Rep serving the Flathead Valley and the surrounding areas. This candidate will responsible for representing Glacier Distilling Company across their assigned territory. Candidate will be responsible for visiting both on and off-sale accounts to network and promote the sale of Glacier Distilling spirits by securing menu and shelf placements, providing training to bar and liquor store staff and interacting with the greater community.
This is a full time position, compensation will be salary plus commission. The candidate will have flexibility to independently set their own schedule and work to achieve sales goals as set forth by the Director of Sales. Some nights and weekends will be required.
REQUIREMENTS
Will have general knowledge of Glacier Distilling spirits
Candidate must be a self starter and able to effectively manage time and responsibilities
Will work with Director of Sales and other reps to promote the sale of Glacier Distilling spirits
Ability to record hours worked independently and present regular reports with updates on progress
Ability to create genuine connections with people across a broad range of accounts
