As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the company to develop and execute flight test plans.
Responsibilities
In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.
Basic Success Criteria
FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine
Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)
Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher
2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role
Preferred Criteria
Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience
Recent Caravan or PT6A experience
Diversity of experience in multiple aircraft/ airframes
CFII or military flight instructor
Experience with automated and/or large remotely operated vehicles (UAS, spacecraft, etc)

As a Displays Software Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the remote piloting software team. This team is responsible for building the pilot-facing application software that is used to command the aircraft's advanced automation systems - both onboard, and remotely. Responsibilities
In your role as a Displays Software Engineer, your primary focus will be designing, architecting, and building a variety of real-time user interface applications for controlling our automated aircraft systems. These can range from browser-based applications to real-time embedded UIs on aviation-grade hardware. All of these applications will support our work to build a fully certified system in multiple ways: they will serve as a platform for rapidly prototyping different workflows and designs; they will be directly used in our ongoing experimental test flight programs; and they will ultimately serve as a reference implementation for our certified displays and controls. You will have ownership over the entire lifecycle of these applications and will work with software engineers and designers within the team, as well as systems engineers and pilots to build systems that are safe, user-centered, and certifiable.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience developing user-facing software for high-performance or mission-critical applications

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.
Responsibilities
In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.
Basic Success Criteria

7+ years of experimental flight test experience

The Avionics Hardware team is a small group of highly motivated engineers who develop the core compute, actuation, sensing, and power electronics products at the heart of our automation system. In your role as Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.)

Intellectual Property Transactions Associate
Our client is a major international Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its Intellectual Property Transactions Group in New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. Candidates who are interested in working with clients at the intersection of IP, innovation and business strategy are best suited for this role. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IP transactions, technology licensing, or related practice areas.
- Large law firm experience is preferred.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex license agreements and other agreements [purchase, software and cloud services agreements, and trademarks involving technology, software, data, and brand assets].
- Familiarity with AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey omplex legal concepts for clients in the consumer and technology sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
