Compensation Range:

Job Overview

We are looking for technical staff members to play key roles to design and collaborate with foundry to develop new products for volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and develop epi structures of high-speed photodiode (100G/lane and above)

·       Mask layout generation

·       Data analysis to build correlation between performance and designs.

·       Failure analysis of issues affecting functionality and performance.

·       Work closely with internal and external epitaxial engineer, integration engineer, packaging/testing for product development and quality improvement.

·       Limited travel


Qualifications:

·       Ph.D degree in EE, materials, optics, physics related to semiconductor lasers industry experience required.

·       5+ years of experience is preferred

·       Hands-on design experience of high-speed PD is required. Experience with 200G PD design or UTC design is preferred.

·       Track record of successful massive production delivery is preferred.

·       Experience in wafer processing, packaging/testing, epitaxial characterization, reliability and failure analysis is preferred.

·       In-depth knowledge in PD physics and modeling.

·       Self-motivated, trustworthy, team player and dependable.
