Education and Experience
· Doctoral Degree in clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from a regionally accredited institution
required, preferably American Psychologic Association (APA) accredited. Completion of a predoctoral
internship with an APA or California Psychological Association (CPA)-accredited
program is required. Minimum two years of experience (pre- and/or post-doctoral) in a behavioral
health care setting is required.
Licensure(s) and Certification(s)

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $110,000 – $145,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Providing daily supervision and mentorship

$111,828–$126,828 (Licensed) $104,136–$117,888 (Pre-Licensed) Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $126,348–$145,848 (Licensed) $117,636–$135,576 (Pre-Licensed) Recruitment and Retention Bonus Clinical Social Workers newly hired with CDCR/CCHCS and providing in-person care at a facility 50% or more of their time will receive a 1% Recruitment and Retention bonus for the first 7 years of their employment, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
Clinical Social Workers newly hired with the State of CA are also eligible to receive a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $30,000 within the first 12 months of service.

The MFM Division at LLU provide primarily consultation services for faculty and community practices in the Inland Empire Region, and total care for small pool of extremely high-risk patients.
