As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.

Pay Rates:

  • 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
  • 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.
- Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor is Preferred, but not required
- Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
- History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.

- Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Legal Support Team – Litigation & Intellectual Property

Location: Roseland, NJ

Onsite: 5 Days Each Week

Compensation: $26/Hour W2

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to a Legal Counsel team focused on Litigation and Intellectual Property matters. This role will support attorneys through a combination of legal administrative coordination and substantive paralegal responsibilities, including legal research, document preparation, records management, and case support activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing large volumes of documentation, and capable of working in a fast paced legal environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support to attorneys within Litigation and Intellectual Property practice areas
  • Maintain and update legal data within document and records management systems
  • Review, organize, and categorize electronic records and case documentation
  • Conduct legal research involving statutes, case law, legal codes, and regulatory sources
  • Assist with preparation and drafting of legal documents for attorney review, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, corporate filings, and related materials
  • Coordinate document productions and manage follow up communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Field incoming calls and inquiries and route matters appropriately
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute legal documents and correspondence
  • Support mail processing and document routing workflows
  • Assist with fact gathering and case preparation activities
  • Support estate planning processes, including inventory and assessment of real and personal property documentation when required

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
