Labor

Molds, Change Overs or Repairs
Coordinate mold changeovers with minimal downtime, track scrap and downtime in IQMs, perform mold cleaning and preventative maintenance, communicate mold issues or component needs, and maintain proper mold storage and status updates.
Safety
Ensure proper use of required PPE, and identify, correct, or report unsafe equipment or conditions within the facility.
Qualifications

· Responsibilities include stringing up, pulling, cutting, and stacking foam boards to ensure smooth and continuous line operation.
· In addition, this role provides fundamental logistical support which includes coordinating the shipment and receipt of materials, maintaining organized storage of incoming and outgoing goods, and ensuring timely movement of supplies required for pilot plant activities.
· Operates a forklift (training/certification required).
· Assist the maintenance and repair work on the pilot line equipment.
