We're currently looking for someone with a social services or human services background to join our team. This is a remote position, where you will partner with people in your community who are enrolled in the Wisconsin IRIS Program and the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency. While your office will be home-based, you will have regularly scheduled visits with IRIS participants in their home and community.
As an IRIS Consultant (IC), you will build relationships with the people you partner with and help them navigate and get the most out of the Wisconsin IRIS program - a Medicaid long-term care option for older adults and people with disabilities. Together, you will identify the long-term care goals of the people enrolled in IRIS, and find creative ways to achieve those goals.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Required to meet in person with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year, with one required annual visit in the home of the participant. Because IRIS is a self-directed program, it is important for ICs to be available upon the request of the participant.
* Responsible for providing program orientation to new participants. During this time, participants will learn their rights and responsibilities as someone enrolled in the IRIS program, including verifying legal documents, completing employee paperwork and the responsible use of public dollars.
* Explore a broad view of the participant's life, including goals, important relationships, connections with the local community, interest in employment, awareness of the Self-Directed Personal Care option, and back-up support plans.
* Assist participants in identifying personal outcomes and ensure those outcomes are being met on an ongoing basis, all while staying within the participant's IRIS budget and within the requirements of the IRIS program determined by the Department of Health Services (DHS).
* Responsible for documenting all orientation and planning activities within the IRIS data system (WISITs) within 48 business hours of the visit with the participant.
* Research community resources and natural supports that will fit the individual outcomes for each participant and share that information with them as it becomes available.
* Responsible for documenting progress and changes as needed within the plan and the data system anytime a modification is requested by a participant.
* Budget Amendment or One-Time Expense paperwork may be required depending upon factors associated with the participant and their individual IRIS budget.
* Educate participants on how to read and interpret their monthly budget reports to ensure that participants operate within their budget. Being a liaison between the Fiscal Employer Agency and the IRIS Consultant Agency is also a large part of the position, which includes assisting participants with provider billing, seeking support brokers, tracking receipts, ensuring their workers are paid and mitigating areas of potential risk or conflicts of interest.
* Responsible to develop engaged and trusting relationships with participants and communicate program changes and compliance effectively.
* Responsible to maintain confidentiality and HIPPA compliance.
* Work collaboratively with other IRIS Consultant Agency staff in order to ensure a successful implementation of participants' plans.
* Attend in-person monthly team meetings with other ICs and their supervisor. In addition, weekly IC and IRIS Consultant Supervisor phone check-ins may occur, along with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in health care, preferably in care coordination, and at least 1 year of experience serving target groups of the IRIS program (adults with intellectual/physical disabilities or older adults), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education, or a closely related field (or four years of commensurate experience if no degree).
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements unless otherwise required by law.
- Ability to develop positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, participants, providers, regulatory agencies and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:
- Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
- Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
- Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
- Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
Salary and Benefits
Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Qualifications
Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:
- Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
- Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
- Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
- Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
- Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.
Hiring Minimums:
Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:
- Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
- Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).
Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.
250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.
FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.
Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)
UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.
Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Requirement: Provisions of Public Laws 93-350 and 100-238 allow the imposition of a maximum age for initial appointment to a primary Law Enforcement Officer position within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In accordance with DHS Management Directive 251-03, the ""day before an individual's 37th birthday"" is the maximum age for original appointment to a position as a primary law enforcement officer within DHS. NOTE: The Commissioner of CBP has approved a temporary increase in the maximum allowable age to 40 for original placement into an Air Interdiction Agent position.
Age Waiver: Creditable law enforcement officer service -Covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d), or creditable service covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8401(36) (as a Customs and Border Protection Officer) on or after July 6, 2008, may be applied toward the maximum age requirement. This age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving in a federal civilian (not military) law enforcement position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. The Sr. National Sales Manager for K-12 Bid is the subject matter expert responsible for the national K-12 bid strategy, planning, and execution of our Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. Portfolio (Yoplait, GoGURT, Trix Yogurt, & Mountain High) within the K-12 segment. As a member of the Acute Therapies Verification and Validation engineering team, you would be responsible for supporting product verification, validation, and compliance test activities on electrical and mechanical medical device components/systems.
Your expertise will be applied to all levels of product development from component prototypes to final system design.
This will include developing, executing, and validating test methods/creating associated documentation. Interface with/support different groups, e.g., R&D, Project Management, Quality, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Under supervision, Develop/execute verification test methods, protocols, and reports for verification of requirements on components and systems
* Drive quality into product development through analysis, test, and timely feedback of test results back to team

Job Summary
The client is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (Contractor) to support Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) New Product Development initiatives. This role will support a senior project lead and is responsible for driving day to day execution of assigned project activities, with a strong emphasis on vendor coordination, material procurement, schedule adherence, and cross functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a self starter who can take ownership of assigned deliverables, work independently with minimal direction, and proactively resolve issues in a fast paced, regulated medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, communicate, and execute detailed operational plans to complete assigned project deliverables in support of CRM new product development programs.
- Monitor project progress and performance against defined schedules, milestones, and commitments; proactively identify risks, delays, or resource constraints.
- Take ownership of issue resolution by identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and escalating when appropriate to minimize schedule and cost impacts.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including:
- Communicating technical and schedule requirements
- Tracking material availability and delivery timelines
- Holding vendors accountable for meeting agreed upon milestones and quality expectations
- Support material procurement activities by interfacing with Supply Chain and external suppliers to ensure timely availability of components and materials required to meet project needs.
- Identify, secure, and coordinate cross functional resources required to execute project tasks, including R\&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Material Compliance teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task plans, and status reports using established project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Coordinate engineering documentation and project artifacts in compliance with design control, quality system, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and present clear, concise project updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, mitigation plans, and upcoming milestones.
- Support design owners by clarifying design intent and technical requirements when interfacing with vendors or cross functional partners, reducing burden on core design teams.
- Participate in meetings and forums as needed to support project execution, issue resolution, and alignment across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related discipline).
- 3-5 years of experience supporting engineering or product development projects in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with vendors, engineers, and cross functional partners.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self directed contributor, taking ownership of tasks and determining the best path to execution with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device industry (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and design control processes.
- Experience coordinating or managing external vendors or contractors, including schedule tracking and delivery accountability.
- Prior exposure to new product development (NPD) programs.
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Our commercial general contracting firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team. We are a national general contractor specializing in tenant improvements to ground up projects. The right candidate will be a self-starter, self-disciplined, motivated individual with the highest regard to budget, schedule, quality and client relations.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Management to develop an initial project schedule. Create and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors
* Develop, maintain, and enforce a project site logistics and temporary facilities plan.
* Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce a project site specific safety program in accordance with Policies and Processes, OSHA requirements, local, state, and federal laws to include all subcontractors.
* Maintain and enforce a project specific quality assurance and workmanship program to include all subcontractors.

* Participate with the Project Manager in issuance of monthly payment applications (i.e. percent complete of each activity).

* Perform and monitor all job site control reporting measures including daily reports, quantity reporting, accident and incident reports.
* Hold pre-installation meetings as required by project specifications or as needed
* Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-built drawings.
* Review and provide feedback on all purchase orders and subcontracts as requested.
* Coordinate and manage all material deliveries.
* Perform a qualitative review of all contract documents for potential conflicts or interpretation issues to mitigate risk.
* Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material.
* Ensure that all requirements of insurance, safety, labor relations, and Equal Employment Opportunity are met.
* Understand all trade contractors' means and methods in accordance with project contract documents.
* Coordinate daily construction activities within existing operating facilities.
* Maintain a set of contract documents that contains all the current contract changes and clarifications.
* Develop and execute a plan for monitoring and completing punch-list items.
* Maintain confidentiality of Company and client information as such information is divulged or otherwise becomes available.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate SDS sheets.

General Background and Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ Years as a commercial construction superintendent with a commercial general contractor
* Valid State-issued driver's license, vehicle insurance, and transportation which may be used from time to time to transport items needed during the construction process.
* Previous experience in commercial construction management with a general contractor
* Knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.
* Knowledge of construction management processes and means & methods
* Familiarity with various computer software including but not limited to Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
