Qualifications You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education.

Responsibilties: A day in the life of an Audiologist at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:
Gathers all information necessary to properly evaluate the patient's needs as per department policy, including testing and consultations with other health care professionals, as appropriate.
Formulates Functional Recommendations: Incorporates evaluative findings in recommending appropriate therapy and/or rehabilitative services.
Appropriate repair services on hearing aids are initiated and daily checks of all equipment are performed.
Daily notes are completed as per department policy and monitoring of the patient's status and progress towards the objectives. Follow-up recommendations are updated and treatment plans are modified, as per department policy. Records, charts, logs and files are completed and accurate as per department policy.
Updates and adheres to all New Jersey Department of Health requirements for newborn hearing screening program and files reports in a timely manner.
Objective data collection: The content of the evaluation contains data as outlined by departmental policies.
Provides and documents education to patients/caregivers based upon the identified learning needs in an understandable manner. Administers the evaluations in a manner appropriate to the patient's disability, demonstrating respect for the patient's needs.
Therapeutic Equipment: Recommends and provides education regarding utilization of appropriate audiology equipment. Demonstrates and implements appropriate audiology skills with patients.

Distek is seeking a motivated Bioprocessing Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is specifically designed for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in life sciences sales or technical customer-facing roles who want to develop their skills in bioprocessing sales.
Based in DC, DE, MD, NJ or Eastern PA, this position focuses on expanding BIOne benchtop bioreactor sales across the East Coast. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their applications, support product evaluations, and build long-term relationships—while learning Distek’s sales process, products, and market approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow BIOne Bioreactor sales on the East Coast.
- Identify and generate leads through research, cold calling, trade shows, and networking
- Lead technical sales calls, schedule and conduct demonstrations, and manage product evaluations
- Collaborate with product line management and administration to prepare quotations
- Close BIOne orders and support customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Proactively follow up with customers post-sale
- Participate in trade shows and stay informed on bioprocessing industry trends
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations
- Perform all responsibilities in accordance with ISO standards and internal procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Prior upstream bioreactor experience (cell culture or fermentation) is required
- 1–3 years of direct sales experience in the life sciences industry is required
- Experience engaging customers through sales calls, presentations, or training
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 60–70% within the assigned territory is required
