The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

- 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).
- Current Virginia NP or PA license.
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.
