Responsibilities:

1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.
The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.
Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.
Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage, in collaboration with the Superintendent, the successful completion of assigned projects. Zac is seeking his first-ever dedicated Executive Personal Assistant, someone who will sit in-office daily and serve as his operational right hand across both his professional and personal life. - 5-8+ years of EA/PA experience supporting a founder, CEO, or high-net-worth individual in a fast-moving environment

Work Style & Expectations
Zac's day typically runs 8am–4pm in the SF office at 44 Montgomery St, with calls starting at 8am. He is offline from 5–7pm for family time, then back online from 7–10pm. He will send Slacks and emails outside of hours responses are expected during core hours (8am–4pm) unless it's an urgent matter. He is also open to one work-from-home day per week for the right candidate.
The expectation is in-person presence whenever Zac is in the office, and continued on-site work at the office or home on days he is traveling or remote.

They are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent with a strong background in large-scale multifamily or commercial construction to help drive the next phase of their growth.

The Role:
As Senior Superintendent, you will have full ownership of field operations, including:

- Looking for an Assistant Property Maintenance Manager This role requires someone who knows how to do the work and how to lead it.
- Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations
- Assess property conditions and determine required maintenance/repairs
- Plan vendor assignments and project schedules
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time
- Assist with departmental budgeting and repair cost estimates
- Enter and code work orders and invoices in Yardi
- Maintain strong professional relationships with vendor partners
