  • Automated Test Script Creation - Write, optimize, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, smoke, and functional testing.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting - Log defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and impact; collaborate with developers to validate fixes.
  • Continuous Integration Support- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting - Provide regular reporting on test coverage, defect trends, and automation progress.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with agile team, business analysts, developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure alignment on requirements and quality expectations.

Knowledge and Experience:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Development Manager to join our growing team in Richmond, VA.

The Client Development Manager will manage one or several of our national Fortune 500 staffing client engagements within the IT vertical. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and generating new ones. A Glimpse Into Your Day:

  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including Talent Acquisition and Client Hiring Managers, and the MSP teams (if applicable).
  • Independently set, manage and follow-up weekly client stakeholder meetings.
  • Generate new leads/business/channels at an onsite client engagement level.
  • Hit weekly meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from the hiring managers.
  • Maintain client data in Salesforce.
  • Work closely the recruitment teams for optimum account performance.
  • Clarify job requirements with client managers, coordinate interviews, gain insight into the interview process, and provide feedback form the managers to the client team.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Minimum two (2) years professional experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly.
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships and handle negotiations tactfully and successfully.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Staffing/agency experience.
