What will you do?
- Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
- Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
- Answer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation

- Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
- Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

What will you do?

Ensuring the highest level of service to guests is our greatest priority. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

What will you do?
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
- Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks
- Assist managers in team member training and compliance
- Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
- Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guestsβ and team member need within your assigned area

- Experience working in a restaurant with one year supervisory experience required

- Check in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room Β

- Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen

- Experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Must be available on weekends and have a flexible schedule

- Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up
