The OTS Perm Solutions Specialist (Direct Hire Recruiter) position is responsible for attracting, sourcing and maintaining a candidate pool of manufacturing and logistics talent for placement within our clients. This person will provide search and placement services for candidates and clients in assigned focused M&L (light industrial) job families. A key measure of success is the attainment of complete candidate and client satisfaction by meeting their customized placement services needs, both at the outset of the engagements and through the terms of the Talent placements.

  • Develop focused business recruiting & local marketing plans to develop a pipeline of candidates to mirror assigned focus jobs.
  • Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate, and select candidates to interview for client-specific job profiles and/or to market for new business.
  • Provide “fee worthy” candidates to the Client Delivery Managers weekly for placements
  • Provide careful coaching to candidates in preparation for client interviews, perform compensation analysis, prepare, negotiate and extend competitive offer packages.
  • Advise candidates and determine the optimal fit for the candidate if multiple job opportunities arise.
  • Establish effective communication before, during and after engagements to promote long-term career relationships.
  • Consistent interaction with placed Talent to identify additional opportunities with clients and potentially engage as future clients.
  • Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with Randstad policies and EEO laws, both federal and state.
  • Perform within operational standards of excellence while using both specific tools and other resources for client development and account management activities and recruitment and selection of Talent and attain or exceed established personal and/or practice profit goals. Manage applicable KPIs and success of placements made.
  • Protect placement through guarantee period and post placement follow up activities to ensure timely payment of client invoices
  • Creatively leverage multiple technologies to enhance the candidate and client experience, i.e. video interviewing and chat platforms.
  • Develop key relationships with team members and align on candidate and client expectations as a team.


What you need to bring:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 1-3 years direct talent recruitment and management experience
  • Experience in recruiting or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals

Job Summary


Provides inpatient/outpatient and/or community care for clients and families across the continuum of care by assuring access, providing assessments and coordinating clinical summary treatment plan determining level of care.  Assumes a caseload and performs behavioral health, substance use services, and/or crisis intervention services independently. Assumes leadership responsibilities as assigned by program manager. 


Job Responsibilities



  1. Provides direct client care using individual, group, and family therapy specific to each client’s needs as indicated on treatment plan.
  2. Prepares appropriate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements of licensing and third party agencies as well as internal policies.
  3. Assesses and plans care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the client; organizes and prioritizes care and treatment and advocates appropriate resources for the client and family.
  4. Provides in home clinical services and/or direct crisis intervention to clients and families in multiple sites in the system and in the community.
  5. Provides continuous education to client and family members and refers them to appropriate levels of care, to support groups and to other available resources in order to maximize care and facilitate recovery or treatment process.
  6. Proficient in working effectively across programs for clients with both mental health and substance use disorders.
  7. Negotiates level of care and length of stay with managed care companies; continually re-evaluates client’s needs and informs the third party payers of ongoing changes in the client’s status.
  8. Works collaboratively with internal and external partners along the continuum of care to provide an integrated delivery of healthcare to all clients and families.
  9. Conducts Emergency Evaluations for clients in the community if required by the program.
  10. Participates and leads administrative activities including, team meetings and staff education as designed by the Program Manager. 
  11. Assumes clinical oversight of daily operations in manager’s absence.
  12. Assumes leadership responsibilities and initiatives as directed by Program Manager. 


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Three years' experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients, substance abuse population.
  • Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy and crisis intervention.
  • Valid CT driver's license.
  • Active Connecticut LCSW license.
