Summary: ATS is currently seeking an Aviation NDT Department Manager / Accountable Manager based out of Marietta, GA. This individual willhelp develop, oversee, and promote our aviation NDT business throughout the United States. This position will consist of personnel development (hiring, training, and certifying), account management, scheduling, maintaining equipment, reviewing reports, coordinating with other ATS team members, oversight of quality and safety practices of the department, and developing and nurturing customer relationships.


Travel to customer job sites will be required. All applicants should have experience in ET, RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT Inspections. Must have previous NAS-410 certification (Level III’s are a plus). Previous experience as a project or division manager required.


Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Management control over NDT operations within area of responsibility.
  • Management control over personnel and equipment in area of responsibility and subject to upper management approval, hire and terminate personnel.
  • Management control over quality, safety, and financial performance in area of responsibility.
  • General customer relations, including setting up inspections and customer follow-up on such services.
  • Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained.
  • Completion and maintenance of reports
  • Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers
  • Interacting with customers, vendors, and site personnel as a professional representative of ATS

The incumbent will work closely with Surface/Corrosion scientists to conduct research work that would include experiments design, testing, data interpretation and data analysis of the results through various laboratory based corrosion tests such as continuous neutral salt spray, cyclic corrosion testing (e.g. G85-A2), adhesive bond durability testing; surface treatment lab includes surface cleaning & etching, chemical conversion coating (e.g. Zn-phosphating), electrochemical oxidation (e.g. anodizing) and chemical bath characterization techniques (e.g. titration). A successful candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of specialized surface treatment process/corrosion testing, while providing technical expertise/support to routine tests and non-routine experiments.

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics & Strategy leads strategy development and advanced analytics supporting the client's Operations and Portfolio Management functions. You will manage a team of Analysts and partner with leaders across Servicing, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology to optimize Servicing, pre- and post-charge-off strategy, digital communications, customer treatment models, productivity and loss improvements. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience innovation and data science.

You will spend your time

  • Leading analytics initiatives across operations to monitor portfolio performance, monitor strategies and recommend process and reporting improvements
  • Guiding the formulation of contact and servicing strategies, portfolio segmentation, and channel optimization to evaluate algorithm performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing analytics team, providing coaching, feedback, and long-term career development
  • Designing and executing champion/challenger strategies and data-driven campaigns to improve customer experience and loss outcomes

To be eligible

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, etc.) strongly preferred
