What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Understand their current medical and emotional situations and then develop plans of care.
- Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
- Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting. However, with our normal outpatient orthopedic population, Team expects 60 treatments in a 40 hour work week from a full-time Physical Therapist.
- Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.

Job Summary
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa Johns restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Duties and Responsibilities
Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning. Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.

Position Overview
The Technology team of R&D Americas, located in Kennesaw Georgia, is seeking an experienced Engineer/Technologist in the Surface Treatment and Corrosion testing laboratories. This position plays a critical role in the laboratories that handle lab testing, develop new methods, operate and maintain test equipment, resolve equipment issues, design and implement next generation capabilities to improve existing setup. R&D Americas performs R&D projects and delivers innovation in advanced aluminum alloys with special surface characteristics that meet Novelis customers' requirements and supports Novelis manufacturing plants worldwide. The laboratories are set up to simulate real-production surface treatment processes in automotive/other OEMs and in-service corrosive environment. The Corrosion Labs includes 12 humidity chambers, one of them is dedicated specifically to adhesive/aluminum bond durability in extreme conditions.
The incumbent will work closely with Surface/Corrosion scientists to conduct research work that would include experiments design, testing, data interpretation and data analysis of the results through various laboratory based corrosion tests such as continuous neutral salt spray, cyclic corrosion testing (e.g. G85-A2), adhesive bond durability testing; surface treatment lab includes surface cleaning & etching, chemical conversion coating (e.g. Zn-phosphating), electrochemical oxidation (e.g. anodizing) and chemical bath characterization techniques (e.g. titration). A successful candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of specialized surface treatment process/corrosion testing, while providing technical expertise/support to routine tests and non-routine experiments.
- This role is a full-time on-site role.
- Individual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this position includes participation in a short-term incentive plan.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for Surface treatment/Corrosion testing according to work request or method specifications for tests
- Conduct Surface treatment/Corrosion testing for research projects and implement design of experiments with high quality and minimal guidance. Compile lab reports with data analysis and interpretation.
- Perform and develop thorough understanding of routine tasks in the Surface Treatment/Corrosion labs, developing specialization in these areas.
- Apply working knowledge and in-depth understanding of surface treatment process and corrosion testing to contribute to the technical feasibility analysis for projects and provide technical guidance.
- Use lab management software to plan and complete specific task requests for various Surface/Corrosion work packages - communicate task updates to partners.
- Use equipment in a safe operating manner and in compliance with Novelis safety standards. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System protocols are followed when operating lab equipment.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., acids, solvents) in accordance with safety procedures. Complete all required on-the-job training and maintain necessary certifications.
- Identify and correct hazards or unsafe practices in immediate work area or routine tasks and report to supervisor or site EHS lead.
- Use the application of standard scientific practices, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to ensure quality.
- Work with teams to identify improvements or modifications to equipment and processes to enhance effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop new testing capabilities (new equipment) and testing methods. Prepare Work Instructions and maintain proper documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant field of study.
- 3 to 5 years' experience performing routine tasks and non-routine experiments in specific Surface treatment process/Corrosion testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of good safe lab practices.
- Knowledge of chemical handling and chemical mixing
- Broad experience with testing and measuring equipment, and laboratory testing tools. Mechanical proficiency and enjoy hands-on work.
- Experience in designing and implementing new capabilities within the Surface Treatment process and Corrosion testing labs

PAYROLL ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
About This Role:
The Payroll Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing various areas of the Payroll Onboarding process, including tasks such as collecting payroll documents and providing crucial payroll information in accordance with state laws. Your daily responsibilities involve working in a fast-paced setting and supporting employees by addressing any onboarding inquiries that arise. This position offers both challenge and fulfillment, contributing to the accurate onboarding of Insight Globals consultants and ensuring they receive elected pay benefits.
What You'll Do:
•Respond to general Payroll inquiries that are submitted to the Payroll distribution email
•Check onboarding documents to confirm proper completion of employment authorization, I-9 documentation, employee contracts, tax paperwork and other payroll documentation.
•Ensure employees are set up with the correct pay benefits including PTO, holiday pay, and sick time based on state and federal requirements
•Gather missing employee documents or employee information as needed
•Correct tax information, direct deposit, garnishment, and other employee changes in company databases.
•Escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams in Payroll and other departments as necessary
•Assist with completing audits to ensure accurate employee information
•Serve as a resource for consultant questions related to the payroll setup of employees
•Communicate with others to troubleshoot issues that arise and brainstorm solutions
•Be available to provide project support as necessary to support business needs
•Train new employees on team and company processes

Position Summary
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and managing safety programs on active data center project sites within Insight Global's technical services practice area. This role serves as the on‐site safety leader, working directly with technicians, contractors, and project leadership to ensure safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture.The role partners closely with Delivery Leadership, Program Governance, and Operations to proactively manage risk, maintain customer safety standards, and embed EHS practices and culture into daily execution. Regular travel to local sites may be required for inspections, audits, workforce engagement, and incident response. The position reports to the Project Delivery and the Corporate Safety Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
Site Safety Leadership
- Act as the primary safety representative for the assigned job site, maintaining strong daily field presence.
- Partner with construction, installation, and project leadership to integrate safety into planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and pre‐task planning reviews (PTP/JHA).
- Ensure contractors and technicians understand and follow required safety procedures and expectations.
Regulatory Compliance & Hazard Mitigation
- Ensure site compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and behavioral observations; document findings and verify corrective actions.
- Review and authorize high‐risk work procedures (e.g., LOTO, energized work, work at heights, lift plans, confined space).
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures before work begins.
Incident Response & Reporting
- Lead on‐site response to incidents, including scene control and initial investigation.
- Conduct or assist with root‐cause investigations and corrective action development.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for the Safety Program Director and project leadership.
- Track safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring risks.
Training & Safety Culture Development
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and on‐the‐spot training to technicians and contractors.
- Support delivery of required safety trainings and refreshers.
- Champion a "stop work authority" and "speak‐up" safety culture.
Program Consistency & Continuous Improvement
- Implement company safety policies and standardized procedures at the site level.
- Collaborate with the Safety Program Director to ensure alignment of documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
- Offer field‐driven feedback to help refine corporate safety procedures and tools.
- Support internal audits and corporate safety program reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of safety experience in construction, data centers, industrial, or technical installation environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience conducting field inspections, implementing corrective actions, and influencing safe work behavior.
- Ability to manage safety programs in multi‐contractor, fast‐paced environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on site while engaging with a centralized corporate safety structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center construction or complex technical installation projects.
- Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, ASP, or equivalent.
- Experience with incident investigation methodologies (5‐Why, TapRooT, Fishbone, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital safety management systems and reporting tools such as Origami.
- Experience supporting traveling or rotating technical workforces.
