The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking an Experienced Low Observables (LO) Design and Integration Engineer to support design, analysis, and propulsion subsystem integration of low-observable materials, treatments, and architectures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LO materials and technologies, demonstrated experience integrating LO solutions with advanced propulsion systems, strong understanding of electromagnetic (EM) principles affecting radar cross section (RCS) and signature, and practical experience using computational electromagnetic (CEM) solvers to design, predict, and optimize low observable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform design, analysis, and integration activities for LO integration of the propulsion subsystem into an advanced next generation platform, including inlets, nozzle/exhaust and airframe interfaces.

• Use CEM solvers to model and analyze RCS, scattering, and signature behavior; iterate designs to meet LO requirements.

• Apply electromagnetic theory to assess materials, shapes, and structural features that affect signature across relevant frequency bands.

• Define and execute test plans and validation activities (lab and range) to verify LO performance and support correlation between simulation and measurement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structures, propulsion, materials, flight test, systems engineering, producibility) to ensure integrated solutions meet performance, manufacturing, and maintainability needs.

• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, design packages, and presentations for internal and customer review.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with low observable materials and technologies.

• Experience with low observable integration of advanced propulsion systems (inlet/engine interfaces, exhaust/nozzle integration).

• Understanding of electromagnetic principles relevant to RCS and signature control.

• Experience using computational electromagnetic (CEM) solvers (SENTRI, XPATCH, CARLOS, HFSS, FEKO, or similar) to design, analyze, and optimize LO systems.

• Strong technical communication skills, including written reports and oral presentations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks to meet program schedules.

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Only Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Active Top Secret clearance

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.

• Experience with full-platform RCS prediction workflows and multi-physics (electromagnetics + thermal/structural) trade studies.

• Experience correlating CEM predictions with laboratory and range measurement data.

• Experience with advanced propulsion concepts and associated LO challenges.

• Familiarity with materials processing, application methods, environmental durability, and repair/maintenance impacts of LO treatments.

• Experience with CAD tools and model preparation for electromagnetic simulation.

The Sr. Wire Transfer/ACH Coordinator receives and processes incoming and outgoing wire transfer instructions and processes outgoing Automated Clearing House instructions with extreme accuracy. This position will monitor the Bank's reserve position to ensure no daylight overdrafts occur and furnish information to the Investment Officer for daily investments. Set up security and ensure proper measures are followed. Receive and disseminate balance information from Fedline to appropriate parties.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Initiates domestic and international outbound wire transfers and receives inbound wire transfers in excess of $200,000,000 daily. Coordinates verification of outbound wire transfers to ensure wires are sent timely. Verifies and posts customer balances to the customer's account prior to sending any outbound wires. Verifies security codes to insure proper authority for wire transfer instructions. Process outgoing wires which are received via the Internet Banking System.
• Determines and responds to customer timing requirements in processing the wire transfers. Uses judgement to determine when account officer authorization is necessary.
• Monitors account balance at Federal Reserve Bank in order to make decisions on when wire transfers can be sent. Ensures a positive account balance and notifies the Investment Officer when additional funds are needed.
• Processes Automated Clearing House activity including data entry, verifying Federal Reserve Bank information, and processing 3rd party payroll.
• Has extensive telephone contact with customers, Federal Reserve Bank personnel, Payroll Processors, and Cass Information Services Inc. Reports customer activity as required.
• Balances wire transfer, automated clearing house, and departmental transactions daily, balances prior day's activity to Federal Reserve Bank balances utilizing reports from all Cass companies.
• Provides backup on account balance information, lockbox deposit totals, and controlled disbursement figures to customers on a daily basis via e-mail. Information must be reported timely and accurately in order for customers to make investment decisions.
• Accumulates activity charges for wire transfers and Automated Clearing House transactions and forward activity to the account analysis clerk.
• Enters stop payment information, keys inter-account transfers contacting Account Officers for approval of any non-standard activity, keeps special instruction files for customer exceptions and additional related activities as required.
• Distributes electronic bulletins from Fedline to proper departments on a timely basis.

The Production Operator / Assembler supports the manufacturing of copper tube products by performing routine, highly repetitive assembly and production tasks. This role operates in a unionized manufacturing environment and focuses on quality, safety, and efficiency while working under close supervision. Employees typically work at a workbench, production line, or machine station and may rotate across tasks as assigned.

• Assemble minor products or components involved in copper tube manufacturing using manual and machine-assisted processes

In the CDL Driver role, you will be traveling to locations along an assigned route where you will be responsible for packing, transporting, and properly disposing of waste materials in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires the maintenance of records with accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to follow instruction, and to work independently once provided proper training.

This position requires up to four (4) overnights per week and some weekend work. You will be provided with a company card to pay for a hotel and given a daily per diem to cover food and other expenses.

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Package and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Complete required paperwork in accordance with appropriate regulations and customer policies, practices, and procedures.
• Load and secure materials and waste or unload truck at various customer sites or Clean Earth locations.
• Prepare and load truck with necessary supplies.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts daily while communicating any issues to the Manager or Dispatcher for resolution.
• Perform a documented pre-trip and post-trip check on assigned truck prior to leaving and closing each day.
• Plan schedule/route based on customer needs by reviewing daily paperwork (e.g. manifests, route sheets, etc.).
• Follow routing software route schedule.
• Follow all DOT guidelines while driving.

• At least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Hazmat endorsement
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
• Willing and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment such as eye protection, foot protection, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (as needed)
• Understand, read, and write English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Windows-based software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• At least 1 year of route driving experience
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and OSHA regulations

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Ability to work in all climate conditions both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to work safely in proximity to moving vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, and other potential hazards.
• Must be willing and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment that may include respirator, eye protection, Tyvek suit, protective footwear, etc.
