What you will do
As a Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be collecting single use devices at hospitals within your designated territory. You will also get to engage with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service on training and education around the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution's bins and what devices can be collected. Compensation for this position consists of $220,000+ salary + 10-12% commission on all NNARR (uncapped) + Meaningful equity. OTE is $350,000 - $400,000. Weaver's Transaction Advisory Services team is a high-performing team widely recognized for delivering exceptional attention to detail and a personal level of service. A Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Weaver assists in the strategic development and execution of an appropriate transaction structure, including the execution of financial due diligence.
