Come join our lending team as an SBA Lender and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The SBA Lender is responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted deposit, fee income, and SBA lending goals. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and structure loan opportunities for Small Business Administration (SBA) eligible small and medium sized businesses.
- Review customer financials and manage according to SBA guidelines.
- Structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial underwriting, and prepare credit package in compliance with all applicable regulations and SBA Standard Operating Procedure guidelines.
- Determine applicant eligibility, gather, and assimilate information, create SBA specific Credit Memo and provide supporting documentation.

Specific Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ALM and capital stress testing modeling initiatives including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and balance sheet optimization.

Job Description
- Analyze community association legal issues and draft clear legal opinions and practical recommendations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners association clients
- Interpret and draft amendments to governing documents (declarations, bylaws, rules, covenants)
- Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings and provide guidance on strategy, risk, and compliance
- Conduct case law and legal research to support recommendations and next steps
- Review and modify service contracts and vendor agreements
- Support enforcement of governing documents and help drive disputes to resolution
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and sound judgment
Qualifications
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 2+ years of attorney experience
- Community association/HOA experience is helpful; similar practice-area experience considered for attorneys willing to learn the applicable law
- Excellent client relations and communication skills
- Strong research, writing, and practical problem-solving ability
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 70,000 to 80,000 depending on experience
A well-established Tampa law firm is seeking a highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support its busy Real Estate, Construction and Development practice group. This in-office role offers long-term stability, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team.
About the Opportunity
This position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in real estate law who enjoys managing complex files, supporting multiple attorneys, and staying ahead of deadlines. Experience in commercial real estate, construction and development, land use, and pre and post closing work will be a strong match.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, proofread and format legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct research on property records, zoning rules and land use regulations
• Apply procedural requirements across different jurisdictions
