Seed IP Law Group is seeking a patent attorney with an electrical engineering background with three to five years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a law firm, in-house, or with a university tech transfer department. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering–related technologies, including semiconductor devices, chip architecture, and integrated circuits.

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.

Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.
