Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first assist in the operating room for a broad spectrum of neurosurgical cases.
  • Perform daily rounds and consults on neurosurgical inpatients, assessing clinical progress, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring potential post-operative complications
  • Order, interpret, and integrate diagnostic studies including imaging, labs, and neurophysiologic monitoring results.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with members of the neurosurgical team
  • Collaborate to optimize perioperative protocols, ensuring safe patient preparation, accurate surgical site verification, and comprehensive postoperative handoff.

Shift/Status:

Flexible shifts. Primarily schedule: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts). This position will be located in Suffern, NY and Middletown, NY.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Board certified Physician Assistant who possesses, or is eligible to obtain, an applicable NYS license, and has an active DEA
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of surgical experience as a practicing clinical PA, although highly motivated new graduates will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Active BLS & ACLS certifications

Job Details Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage and prepare the annual budget, collaborating with various departments to forecast future revenues and expenditures.

3.

Utilize SAP software to streamline accounting processes, generate financial reports, and analyze financial data.

4.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits and reviews.

5.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

6.

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

7.

Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

A Master’s Degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.

3.

Proficient knowledge of SAP software is a must.

4.

Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.

5.

Exceptional skills in budget planning and financial forecasting.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Our company is one of the largest fire protection companies offering high quality industrial and commercial fire protection systems and services. We are seeking a new Estimator to join our rapidly growing Estimating Team. In this role, you will include compiling any and all information needed to complete a takeoff, building a bill of material that best covers the scope of work, and generating comprehensive proposals that clearly state the scope of work covered in our pricing. As a member of the Estimating Team, you will consult with the Engineering department, Field engineers, Project Managers, and other Estimating Team members to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues and report directly to the Estimating Manager. 


The Estimator is responsible for the following:

·       Analyze blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to gain a thorough understanding of the project in order to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

·       Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design engineering, Productions, Sales, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.

·       Build a project Binder that consists of all documentation used to complete a take-off.

·       Generate a proposal that includes the labor and materials needed to cover the scope of work gained from a completed take-off.
