Outpatient clinics are located in Mount Vernon, White Plains, Peekskill, Putnam, Dutchess, Newburgh, and Middletown; ACT Teams are located in Orange and Dutchess Counties.

Psychiatrists at RPC are part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive, patient-centered, and holistic team-based care toindividuals with mental illness 18 year of age or older; including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations
• Creating treatment plans including medication management and psychotherapy
• Managing caseloads of 8- 15 patients daily
• Testifying in court hearings for Assisted Outpatient Treatment and orders of Conditions for Insanity Acquitees.
