An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Director of Front Office to join a resort property in Bermuda. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a guest-facing environment and enjoys driving exceptional service standards across front office operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$70,000 USD Salary
• Approximately $10,000 gratuities/service charge

Position Overview

The Director of Front Office will oversee front desk, guest services, and reservations operations while ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily front office operations and team leadership
• Maintain strong guest service standards and service recovery processes
• Support reservations and revenue awareness within the department
• Train, coach, and develop front office team members
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other departments
• Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival and departure processes

Requirements

• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
• Opera Cloud system experience is essential
• Island experience required
• Hands-on leadership style
• Energetic, engaging, and guest-focused approach
• Must hold US, Canadian, or UK visa for travel
