- Evaluates program participants through appropriate evaluation procedures and develops written treatment programs for each participant.
- Administers appropriate treatment programs and communicates program participant needs to appropriate staff.Β Provides needed re-evaluation and programmatic changes as necessary.
- Maintains timely and appropriate program participant/administrative and department documentation.
- Ensures adherence to accreditation standards, licensure standards, professional code of ethics, and confidentiality.
- Attends programmatic meetings on request for team reports, policy setting, exchange of information, etc.; attends other appropriate meetings/conferences as needed.
- Attends clinical meetings to exchange, discuss, and evaluate program participant treatment programs.
- Serves on rehabilitation treatment team(s).Β Communicates with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources as needed to ensure effectiveness of physical therapy program.
- Plans and implements in-service programs for staff and other groups as requested/assigned by supervisor.
- Participates in orientation programs for new staff, program participants, and PT/PTA students.
- Writes service summaries as requested by case manager/program director and maintains daily billing summaries and turns them into the appropriate staff.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and support our growth objectives. This role will work closely with executive leadership and field teams to execute sales, drive revenue, manage key accounts, and deliver strong customer experience. Ideal candidates have a solid background in sales, and business development, preferably in construction, restoration, or related industries and are passionate about building relationships, hitting targets, and contributing to company success. There is some light work on the marketing side but with an emphasis on sales first.

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in Florida and beyond.
- Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to support competitive pricing strategies that help win more business.
- Lead day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-ray Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with precision, accuracy, and attention to patient comfort. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the technologist will contribute to patient care by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams as prescribed by physicians
- Prepare and position patients accurately to achieve optimal imaging results
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Review images for quality assurance and follow protocols for image storage
- Adhere to established radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines
- Document patient information accurately and complete reports as required
- Collaborate with other radiology and healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care
- Maintain knowledge of advancements in radiologic technology and imaging techniques
Qualifications
- Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification inΒ
- Radiography required
- Licensure: Current state licensure as required by law
- Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting

$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Team up with managers and other mechanics to diagnose and service cars coming in for auto repairs
- Inspect, test drive, and perform diagnostic tests to determine vehicle problems, parts needed for repairs, and necessary work
- Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
- Creating estimates for auto repair work and their respective timelines for sharing with customers
- Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Immediately reports any discrepancies to the Fleet Manager
- Ensures compliance with all fleet processes
- Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance services and inspects, diagnoses, and repairs vehicles and equipment
- Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs
- Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles
- Completes required paperwork utilizing the fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times
- Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary
- Valid driverβs license needed
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary
- Associateβs degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
