You should be comfortable selling a technical, API-first product to developers and product leaders, with a proven track record of exceeding a million-dollar plus quota.


What you'll do:

  • Run a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing a pipeline of 30-35 deals at a time.
  • Take ownership of your pod, guiding a dedicated BDR to generate pipeline and strategize on key accounts.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Product teams to scope customer needs and provide feedback for the product roadmap.
  • Deliver technical demos and articulate Kombo's core differentiators against competitors like Merge and Workato.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with land values between $50k-$200k.
  • Collaborate with your BDR to prioritize and strategize on 5-10 target accounts weekly.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an AE with quota overachievement ($1M+ targets).
  • Sold to technical buyers (CTOs, CPOs)
  • Closed deals with ~$50k- $200k ACVs.
  • This is an in-office role in New York or in San Francisco.


Compensation:

Base: $130,000 to $150,000

OTE: $260,000 to $300,000
