Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration or related field required
Work Experience:

We are looking for a detail-driven Air & Ocean Import Customs Entry Writer to manage the accurate and timely preparation of U.S. customs entries for international shipments. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with internal operations and clients, and maintaining precise data within NetCHB.
Key Responsibilities
Customs Entry Processing
- Prepare and transmit customs entries for air and ocean imports
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
- Classify goods using HTSUS and determine applicable duties, taxes, and fees
- Ensure timely clearance to avoid storage, demurrage, or exam delays
Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain compliance with CBP regulations and partner government agencies (PGA) requirements

Coordination & Communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Masterβs Degree in Engineering preferred.
