Overview
Join our tax team and play a key role in managing tax matters for one or more RMR-managed companies. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you'll prepare and/or review tax compliance and calculations for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), partnerships, and corporate entities. This position requires strong collaboration across accounting, asset management, and other internal teams. You'll contribute to strategic projects and transactional matters that drive organizational success. At RMR, you'll be part of a team that values expertise, innovation, and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Help manage co-source compliance arrangements including but not limited to review of various federal, state, and local and indirect tax returns and estimated tax payments across a wide spectrum of entity types.
- Work with advisors to resolve notices and compliance issues efficiently
- Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual tax calculations, including REIT compliance testing and provision for income taxes.
- Prepare and/or review tax modeling and analysis related to REIT qualifications and transactional planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on audits and special projects that support organizational goals.
- Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function.
- Participate in transaction-oriented projects, including drafting technical memoranda on tax issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA or equivalent experience.
- Experience in tax department of national public accounting firm is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment and interact with senior management.
- Advanced Excel skills required.

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year. RMR considers several components including an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.

The role:
The Quality Control Scientist is responsible for execution and oversight of analytical, microbiological, and environmental testing to ensure the safety and quality of cell therapy products and manufacturing operations. The role includes performing GMP testing to support development, donor screening, in-process control, product release, stability, raw material release, and environmental monitoring in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The QC Scientist serves as a technical resource for analytical methods such as flow cytometry and other cell-based assays, supports assay and equipment qualification, and ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance. In the role you will:

Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on development and implementation of client EHS programs, including: Biosafety, Chemical Safety, Radiation Safety, Hazard Communication, Emergency Preparedness, Additional OSHA specific safety programs as needed.
- Establishment and maintenance of EHS permits and licenses in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Conduct Job Safety Analyses for hazardous materials processes.
- Conduct Risk Assessments to analyze and evaluate the proper handling of biological materials.
- Work with clients’ staff to develop a culture of EHS and worker safety by expanding and writing policies, procedures, instructions and manuals.
- Coordinate and facilitate safety committees.
- Prepare and deliver training to fulfill regulatory requirements and ensure clients’ employees are fully aware of the safety program.
- Maintain complete documentation of all aspects of the EHS program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Biology or Chemistry degrees strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences desired.
- 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting (biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, academic science, or medical technology science preferred) or EHS related work experience.
- Must have valid driver's license, ability to commute to various locations on a daily basis, and potentially multiple locations during the workday.

Our client is looking for a Test Technician to build, maintain, and operate test stands to validate performance, reliability, and safety of industrial refrigeration systems and thermal management equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, plumb, wire, and commission test stands including pumps, heat exchangers, valves, sensors, and data acquisition systems
- Execute functional, performance, and safety tests per established procedures
- Monitor and record critical parameters: temperatures, pressures, flow rates, power consumption
- Troubleshoot and document test failures; collaborate with engineering on corrective actions
- Maintain test equipment, calibration status, and lab organization
- Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and refrigerant handling
Qualifications
- 2+ years as test technician or manufacturing technician in industrial/lab environment
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, plumbing, basic electrical wiring
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC, pumps, or heat exchangers
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and test procedures
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Preferred
- Knowledge of instrumentation and data acquisition systems
- EPA refrigerant certification or willingness to obtain
